(More customer reviews)I replaced my Kitchen Aid with this Sunbeam. I had always had a Sunbeam but my two daughters told me the Kitchen Aid was better. I HATED it. With the Sunbeam I could scrape the sides of the bowl as it was spinning. With the KA I could not. I could add liquids and/or dry ingredients with the Sunbeam. With the KA I had to pour it down a slot that was difficult to install. With the Sunbeam I can lift up the beaters to let them drain. With the KA I had to remove the plastic slot before I could lift the beaters. This Sunbeam brings back all the things I liked about my old one and is much better than the Kitchen Aid. The only difference between this one and my old one is that I have to push a button - sometimes hard to do - to lift the beaters; I have to push a button to release the beaters - also hard to do at times - and the old one allowed me to remove the beater head from the stand and take to another location. But...these inconveniences still make the Sunbeam my first choice.
