Had not taken out my old cord to compare the cord to the pictures here on Amazon, but the K45 model I have was listed as covered by this part. A few days after ordering the cord, I took mixer apart to grease/clean it. I noticed the cord was much different inside my mixer where it connects. I immed. called Amazon to get a phone# to contact seller about the difference. Amazon does not give phone #s out to customers to contact sellers!! What a joke. I could have talked to this seller and worked out a solution with them- Amazon would not let me!!. UGH! I emailed the seller thru Amazon and NEVER heard back from them!! UGH! I was left to adapt the cord and cut/solder/splice it in as best I could after it arrived. It did not fit well at all. Why could I not talk to seller about the problem before it shipped? NOT GOOD!
