I use it nearly every day for grating all kinds of cheese, zesting lemons and oranges, etc. It fits conveniently in the palm of your hand, is always sharp - even after a year of use, and it's very easy to clean. These characteristics show that it would be preferred over the standing graters or the graters with the rolling wheel in them. This is an excellent kitchen tool and I'm buying a second one.
