Liss Pint Cream Whipper Review

I bought this product specifically because one of my friends at work recommended it. I came very close to purchasing a cheaper cream whipper like a Mosa or an iSi. Now that I've received the Liss, I'm really glad I spent the extra money. This thing is built like a tank. The bottle is HEAVY gauge stainless steel with a welded on screw top, not that thin gauge pressure formed garbage that is so common in products today. The top is cast stainless steel, with precision milled ports for the NO2 charger and creamer valves. The only part of this that is plastic is the NO2 cartridge loader, which has a thick metallic coating so it appears to be stainless steel. I think they did this to keep your hand from freezing when the NO2 cartridge charges the bottle (it gets very cold). All the seals are high quality silicone rubber. They even include a spare set of seals, just in case you need them. Looking at the build quality, I feel that I really got a bargain.
Cleaning is not difficult at all, and takes all of 5 minutes with a little practice. The creamers valve stem disassembles quickly by hand, and the included brush can be used to clean out the valve port and all whetted areas.
This is a great product that borders on a work of art, and well worth the extra expense.
